Welcome to my assignments page for photography 12! All photos are (C) to their respectful owners. Most photos here consist of my photos, but photos are all (C) to their respectful owners.
Kyle Thompson was born in Chicago on January 11th 1992. He started taking photos at the age of nineteen after he had found interest in abandoned houses. His photos are breath taking and show an interesting message. This photo in particular in my opinion explains the conflicts within someone's mind. Truly gorgeous and absolutely breath taking.
Taking photos in black & white give off an effect of ominous structures. Looking for meanings within photos, many photos care feel particularly sad, happy, or even mystery. Using higher contrast shows more detail and darkens the feel of a photo. For example, I could darken the contrast of a photo and make the feeling of the photo more ominous or mysterious. With black and white photography, you have to find meanings that work with you, and for me my meanings were definitely nature and mysterious. Showing that there are many ways to express the way you feel by being in a certain mood, other than expressing with words.
